Shipping is free for orders over €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below that amount, we charge a small fee. For a full overview, please visit our shipping page.
Usually within 24 hours! Monday to Friday we process orders until 23:59, and you often receive it the next day. On Sunday, we process orders until 17:00, and you’ll often receive it on Monday.
All our products are shipped with a Track & Trace code so you can track your order.
Yes, absolutely. You can choose from PostNL, DHL, and DPD pickup points. On our checkout page, you can select your preferred pickup location at the bottom.
Returns are possible up to 30 days after purchase. Please note that many of our products cannot be returned once opened due to security reasons. For more information, visit our returns page.

Complains
